TITLE: Clean Solution
Is Cleaner U 0312/v2 oil base and U 1012 is same ?
The only difference between both versions of cleaner is the viscosity.
The U1012 cleaner has a higher viscosity and is recommended for use with any head model up to 400DPI resolution.
For heads with resolutions greater than 400DPI, the use of cleaner U0312/v2 is recommended due to its lower viscosity.
Both cleaners are fully compatible and can be mixed without any problem.
The cleaning power is identical for both.
TITLE: CLEANJECTOR MODELS
How many different models of CLEANJECTOR are sold? Which is the smallest?
Two models of CLEANJECTOR are commercialized:
- Model V3, which has a cleaning capacity of up to 4 heads at the same time.
- Model V4, which has a cleaning capacity of up to 12 heads at the same time.
CLEANJECTOR's smallest model is the V3.
In any of the two models, you can put from 1 head, up to the maximum allowed by the machine.
TITLE: RECYCLED CLEANER
Is it possible to reuse the CLEANJECTOR waste cleaner again?
NOT. The cleaner that CLEANJECTOR produces as waste is contaminated with particles and remains of ink sediments. Furthermore, after being used, the cleaner loses its cleaning properties.
This cleaner should NEVER be used again
TITLE: DIRTY CLEANER
What should be done with the waste cleaner produced by CLEANJECTOR? How should it be treated?
The CLEANJECTOR waste cleaner is not a dangerous product for people, but it is dangerous for the environment since it contains traces of ink.
This type of waste must be delivered to a company for INDUSTRIAL WASTE MANAGEMENT SERVICES that is specialized with this type of product.
TITLE: MAINTENANCE
Does the CLEANJECTOR machine require a lot of annual maintenance? Can it be done independently or must it be done by specialist technicians?
CLEANJECTOR requires really low annual maintenance.
All maintenance operations are designed so that it is carried out by the user himself.
CLEANJECTOR incorporates a one micron filter that must be replaced every 1,500 hours of machine operation or after one year, whichever comes first.
Filter replacement is a very simple operation, performed in less than 30 minutes.
In the user manual, it is perfectly documented how to carry out this filter change and how to reset the counters to zero, after installing the new filter.
This is the only maintenance operation that requires CLEANJECTOR.
TITLE: CLEANING PROGRAMS
Does CLEANJECTOR have a unique cleaning mode, the same for all printheads?
CLEANJECTOR always offers 3 cleaning modes for each of the printheads.
Even in those printheads that allow it, CLEANJECTOR offers up to 4 different cleaning modes.
This is so, because not all printheads are with the same degree of clogged nozzles.
TITLE: WHAT MODE TO CHOOSE?
How can you know the cleaning mode that should be chosen at any time?
In the cleaning procedure manuals, for each of the different printhead models, it is explained which is the most recommended process to follow. The necessary guidelines are also indicated, depending on the different degrees of clogged nozzle that the printhead shows.
In addition, the user learns a lot in a few weeks, to make the most appropriate decisions based on his own experience, since the situation of the printheads is usually very recurrent.
TITLE: MACHINE WORKER
Is it necessary that there is always a worker watching the CLEANJECTOR, while it is in operation?
NOT. In fact, the cleaning process in CLEANJECTOR is totally unattended.
Only the printheads must be placed inside their corresponding seal, place them on the cleaning tray. Select the correct brand and model on the screen and CLEANJECTOR takes care of the rest.
If an alarm occurs during the process, it will be shown on the screen.
If any abnormal situation could jeopardize the safety of the machine or the printheads, CLEANJECTOR will automatically stop and wait until the user takes the appropriate actions.
TITLE: CLEANING CYCLE DURATION
Are the cleaning cycle times always the same fixed duration, or can they be varied at will by the user?
CLEANJECTOR proposes 24-hour cycles for three fundamental reasons:
- The maximum safety of the printhead always prevails. Trying to shorten cleaning times, making cleaning more aggressive, can be detrimental to the life of the printhead.
- The cleaning of the printhead must be guaranteed completely, not only of the nozzles, but also of the inside of the printhead to guarantee that the cleaning will be more durable.
- After thousands of tests, the 24-hour cycle has been established as the cycle duration that offers maximum performance.
However, of course the user can vary the duration of the cleaning cycle, whenever they want and in an extremely simple way.
TITLE: MIX HEADS
Can different printhead models be mixed during the cleaning process?
NOT. Each printhead model has a specific recipe that optimizes cleaning values. Each recipe contains dozens of parameters that adjust the cleaning values for maximum efficiency.
The values that for one printhead may be ideal, for others it could be dangerous.
Therefore, printheads cannot be mixed during cleaning.
