The implementation of INDUSTRY 4.0 within the tile production system will help reduce manufacturing costs directly and significantly increase the final quality of the product.
Immediately after the press, a DATAMATRIX code is printed on each tile, with ceramic ink, which allows it to be identified individually during the entire manufacturing process, but also when the tile arrives at the client’s house. In this way, the traceability process is total and absolute.

The system, for each production line, is composed of:
