Dry polishing with a horizontal brush provides interesting technological advantages over conventional systems.
First, the cost of investment in machinery and installation is drastically reduced compared to water polishing systems. In addition, the effects achieved are completely different so it offers us the possibility of achieving unthinkable finishes so far.
The advantage of working with horizontal brushes is that the average life in production of our brushes is around one month, thanks to the patented system of homogeneous brush wear, even changing formats constantly. This supposes a real saving in costs of spare parts and above all, saving in lost time of machine stops while replacing the orbital brushes.
SILKSURFACE, allows to install from one to five horizontal brushes. We have brushes with different grains, densities and abrasive type.
The combination of different models allows you to create infinite configurations.
SILKSURFACE allows you to perform from a very smooth polish, only to eliminate possible surface impurities, to radically modify the surface of the piece.
