SilkSurface is the innovative dry brushing system developed by People&Technology to improve the visual effect of the surface of ceramic tiles. It removes all kinds of surface impurities and produces a more glossy finish that is smoother to the touch, while providing the possibility of developing a new product range applying new effects and granilla polishing, thus creating a higher-quality product with high added value.
The patented systems we have developed to control pressure and brush wear will greatly decrease production costs and extend the brush’s durability.
All usage and consumption parameters such as power, intensity, brushing speed and roller height/friction are automatically modified and wear is reported with lights.
Available for up to 5 heads on a single machine with a maximum item width of 1800.
